• Clean the area with isopropyl alcohol to remove oil, wax, or debris

• Dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth

• Use a flat edge or squeegee to smooth out air bubbles

• Allow 1–2 weeks for full curing before reapplying wax or water repellents
