Usage Instructions

Prepare the Surface:
Before applying the decal, ensure the surface is clean and smooth. Use a razor blade to remove any large debris. Clean the surface thoroughly with Isopropyl or rubbing alcohol, wiping it dry with a clean, lint-free cloth or paper towel. Do not allow the alcohol to evaporate before application, as this may leave contaminants on the surface that can affect adhesion. If the surface has been treated with car wax, Rain-X, or similar products, these will need to be reapplied after the decal has cured for 1-2 weeks.

Position the Decal:
Once the surface is prepared, position the decal on the desired spot. Use masking tape to temporarily hold it in place until you’re sure of its placement.

Apply the Decal:
Carefully peel the backing paper from the decal. Press the decal gently onto the surface, starting from the center and working your way outward to remove any air bubbles. Use a squeegee or similar flat tool to smooth the decal onto the surface.

Remove the Transfer Tape:
After the decal is firmly in place, gently peel off the transfer tape. If any part of the decal doesn’t adhere properly, press it back into place and use the squeegee to secure it.

Maintenance

To keep your decal looking sharp, clean it regularly using a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the vinyl. If any edges begin to lift, gently press them back into place using a squeegee.

Application Tip:
For best results, apply the decal when temperatures are between 55°F and 95°F (13°C to 35°C). Avoid applying it to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight, as this can cause premature adhesion and affect the final placement.

Chrome Version: The chrome decal offers a shiny, metallic finish for a reflective, high-gloss look. This version is subject to an additional $1.50 charge.
